TVXQ debut stage , funny story about debut and their images after debut ^_^

Happy Christmas everybody!! and Happy birthday TVXQ ^___^. Its TVXQ 7th anniversary... Hurm, I just want to remind about last 7 years. On 26th dec 2003, a group name TVXQ were debut.   7 years ago, nobody will predict this group will change Korean entertainment industry and will form largest official fan club in the world. Everything start here.........  they feel nervous back then. But this is the point where their destiny change.....

FUNNY STORY ABOUT THEIR DEBUT STAGE.

on a broadcasting along with Boa and Britney Spears on a special stage. The time is evening.It was a Christmas special . From what they knew, during the break of the broadcasting, they'd sing their song "Hug" and then go out. This was the first stage they showed to the public so they were really nervous. And they were sitting with their family and they asked them when they were coming out.They were watching but they didn't come out.so Changmin called the other members.

Changmin: "Hello? Hyung! are we going to be shown?"

"we are not coming on!" 

and "What happened? "

did we get edited because no one liked us?" 

"we're edited out "

"this is the end"

"broadcasting are so cold"

and then they hung up and watched the show until the end since it was big.so they kept watching and at the way end, there were these weird five guys suddenly talking about beds and kittens.(its their hug lyric!!hahhaa) They  couldn't believe it but it was them.It was their first show on such a huge stage. They came on but they really shaky.With fear and worries they were almost panic and it was a comical Christmas season for them.

but you can see Xiah Junsu messed up at 4.27-4.35. But he still cute!!!! ^__^

“TVXQ: Two weeks before comeback”

Yunho and Changmin of TVXQ don’t have any public schedules lined up, but they’ll be busy nonetheless as they spend their Christmas preparing for their upcoming album release.

The duo will be tackling final preparations for their album, and SM Entertainment further revealed, “This album contains a higher level of Yunho and Changmin’s vocal skills and emotions.  The album consists of a variety of different tracks, and has a high level of perfection.”

JYJ, who’s spent a busier year than most, will be taking a break on Christmas Day.  In a meeting with reporters, the three revealed, “We’re planning to eat mak-chang and have a couple of drinks on Christmas.“  On the 31st, the trio will be performing at the KBS “Acting Awards.”

They’ve revealed that in February, they’ll be heading overseas for their U.S. activities.

Fair Trade Commission forces SM Entertainment to revise unfair contracts

YAY! finally something is done to protect human rights!! everything gonna be o.k JaeChunSu. maybe HoMin will be free after this.Finally justice has been served!!! I applaud JYJ's & Cassies' courageous act against SM Entertainment's wrong doing and thanks to them,finally all the SM artists will have fair contract !!! Cassie, read this....

SM Entertainment received a firm order from the Fair Trade Commission to revise the unfair contracts which bind SNSD, Super Junior, SHINee, and many others to them.

On December 23rd, the Fair Trade Commission stated, “We gave them a warning to voluntarily correct the unfair exclusive contracts that their celebrities and trainees have signed. [SME] is to reduce all contract lengths by three years.”

This decision by the FTC was based off of a complaint made by TVXQ’s fanclub, Cassiopeia. The group alleged that SM Entertainment was using their status to pressure a disadvantaged (’slave’) contract onto TVXQ.

SM Entertainment’s violation, as disclosed by the FTC, lies in the unfair contract conditions. These conditions included forcing artists to sign on for a long period of time, an excessive penalty provision for breach of contract, and a one-sided scheduling of activities. There’s also a clause that allows SME to extend contracts for overseas activities without first consulting the artist in question.

According to the FTC, these contracts from SME would run ‘for 13 years starting from the day of signing‘ or ‘exceeding 10 years from the day of debut.’  In compliance with the FTC, however, SM Entertainment changed their contracts to ‘seven years from the day of debut.’

If the artists decided to terminate their contract prematurely, they were subject to heavy penalties. Artists were forced to pay three times the investment amount, plus two times the amount the artist was to have made during the entire length of the contract. In short, even though the contract was terminated, these artist would have to pay double the amount of money they would have made in ‘x’ years left.

Because of the FTC order, however, this was changed to artists now paying an average monthly sales of two years before the contract termination, multiplied by the number of months in the remaining period.

The entire clause allowing activities to be scheduled without the artist’s consent has also been removed. It has been replaced with, “All celebrities of SM Entertainment may include their opinion at any point and ask for the appropriate document copies regarding their career from SM. SM has the right to refuse should the request be unjust.”

This new revision is expected to make an influence on JYJ’s case as well.

7 year contract + DBSK's 7 year anniversary coming up = freedom from SM without penalty? am I right to even imagine that? Reunion of DBSK with their full freedom to show us their highest potential? christmas is being good to us this year...What can I say? Don't mess with the red ocean. TVXQ comeback teaser on 29th!! and 3 more days is their 7th anniversary.^_^

I read this and I'm really excited for this comeback. Even JYJ told us to look out for it. I just hope they won't face too many obstacles during the comeback process.

Before their official comeback, Yunho and Changmin of TVXQ will be making a big return to the three major broadcast channels through a special CF teaser for their new album.

On December 23rd, SM Entertainment revealed, “TVXQ will be releasing a public broadcast CF teasing their comeback.”

The CF will start airing from December 29th through the 31st on KBS’s, MBC’s, and SBS’s entertainment, award ceremonies, and music festival programs. The news is particularly surprising since an album teaser being broadcasted on all three channels is an exceptional case.(why is on 29th? n not today? T___T)

Produced in two versions, the teasers will give fans a glimpse of their new image and performance style.(can't wait)

JYJ talks about Yunho and Changmin, Japan, and changes

- You won the Golden Disk Awards twice in your careers (2006, 2008), did you watch this year’s awards show?

“We watched it. It made us reminisce about our past, as well as feel new emotions. It’s already been two years since we stood up on that stage. We’ve carefully stored away our Golden Disk platinum medal.” (Yoochun)

- We’ve heard that Hero Jaejoong is popular amongst Japanese female celebrities. There were even rumors about him being in a relationship with one.

“All those articles about relationships are just fiction. It’s true that I get along with the Japanese female stars, but there isn’t one that I’m in a relationship with. Japan is different from Korea in that their celebrities all comfortably get along privately. I’m close with Hamasaki Ayumi, which is probably where the relationship rumors came from.” (Jaejoong)

“Jaejoong has everything Japanese girls like about guys. He has cute and sexy charms all in one body. But in real life, he doesn’t have a girlfriend.” (Yoochun)

- Korean artists seem to be popular in Japan.

“The status of Korean artists in Japan have increased to their advantage. Korean singers are becoming acknowledged for their dancing, singing, and looks. It’s not just their skills, but they also admire Korean males for their nice bodies and being able to drink alcohol well.” (Jaejoong)

- You’ve worked so hard in Japan for how many years, but you’re unable to promote.

“We predicted that there would be difficulties along the way. We’re just thankful that we were able to even release an English album. We’re disappointed, but all we’re hoping for is to get everything solved so we can meet our fans again.” (Junsu)

- What warranted you to withdraw from the team, even when you knew it would be hard? You knew there would be a possibility of people pointing at you for betrayal.

“Up until we made our decision, we lived in chaos for over a year. At the time, there were a lot of speculations regarding business and revenue shares, but we only have one answer. We thought about how we would answer ourselves if we were to ask, “Were we really happy?”, later in life. From the moment we realized we would answer, “I don’t think so”,  there was no point of us hesitating any longer. We are sorry for everyone who supported us and helped us, but we put down the decision that we couldn’t do this to our own lives anymore.” (Junsu)

- But it wouldn’t have been easy to make that decision at the peak of your careers.

“We were prepared to face the possibility of not being able to be sing again. If we weren’t prepared to that extent, we wouldn’t have had enough courage to make that decision. We even thought of going to the countryside to build and live on a farm. We also thought this would turn into a 10 year long fight.” (Junsu)

“It’s true. We all knew our celebrity lives could end. We didn’t even have hope of doing well. I thought of selling my house in Seoul to live in the countryside.” (Yoochun)

- There are a lot of mountains you must get over, like not being able to go on broadcast.

“Even though we get criticized a lot at the beginning, doesn’t it get better later on? It’s hard when problems keep surfacing, but we’re learning how to win over them. When something bad explodes, I turn off my internet and don’t even read articles. Even though it’s a bad situation, we try to be positive. Being pessimistic just because we’re sad makes the people around us even more stressed. That’s why I write up fun messages on my Twitter and try to communicate with our fans.” (Jaejoong)

- Do you still keep in contact with SM’s Yunho and Changmin? (MY FAVOURITE PART!!)

“We’re really sad that we can’t. We’re not saying that just because we left the company it means we left the members too… We watched their album teaser for the January comeback. We honestly hope they will do well.” (Jaejoong)

- You three members must have become more independent.

“We didn’t have a lot of time together because of our busy schedules, but after our concert last month, us three went on a nationwide trip. We traveled from Kangwon-do to Busan in two weeks. We rode yachts and went to find the nation’s best restaurants. We found out that Junsu has a lot of popularity in the countryside.” (Yoochun)

- When does TVXQ shine the most?(MY FAVOURITE PART!!)

“We hope we can shine even more when the five of us are together. We’re open to the idea, although we’re not sure when that will happen…” (Yoochun)   {for sure !!}

- Do you have any special plans for Christmas?

“None of us have girlfriends… I think us three will be getting together for some soju
{ not three of you but 5. do something so you guys can meet without SM know  about it.}

JYJ still waiting for TVXQ. JYJ still support TVXQ. JYJ still love TVXQ. too bad, TVXQ  HoMiN can't express their feeling.
So...Changmin is unhappy and feeling helpless "None of the smiles you see are genuine, it's because I have no choice; it's the only thing I can do." as he said in the Ginger interview and Jaejoong and Micky are all Emo-mode again on Twitter. I am now upset and sad ;-;






I am so sad for them. In my opinion....SME refused the duo(Yunho n' Changmin) to get in touch with them. Of course who wouldn't.....because there is a possibility for them to join JYJ. Always Keep The Faith!! Fighting!
